Rusty is a proven and accomplished Construction executive with over 16 years experience of full life-cycle construction leadership experience to include functional leadership areas to include, but not limited to:Engineering, Drafting, Project Development, Permitting, Entitlements, Commissioning, Operations, Maintenance and Finance. Focused on leading clients and employees to operational success in the General Construction or Utility and Energy Industries. Has completed the following project phases for over 2GW of projects: provided financial project structuring, funding; designed, engineered, project managed, consulted upon, construction, and commissioning for Governments, Utilities and Private Third-Party Owners spanning over $3 billion in project values. Rusty received his BS and MBA from Western Governors University, and LEED® Accredited Professional (AP) from the Green Building Certification Institute.
