Morpho Energy was founded by prominent energy industry executives with 3 gigawatts (GW) of solar project development experience, decades of guiding the success of Fortune 500 and other large corporations, and expertise commercializing innovative technologies reducing greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions in the built environment.

We were founded by an all-star team — we’re now rapidly growing — to unlock the nearly 90 billion square feet of C&I rooftops in the U.S. we see as idle real estate assets. This opportunity and our approach to capturing it have been strongly validated in the less than two years since we joined forces and set out to prove our approach. With our capital, current development capital facility, and the newly passed Inflation Reduction Act and the tax credits it increases and extends, we are well-positioned to capitalize on this massive moment in history to the benefit of everyone we work with and serve.

Our leadership team members have individually and together led the advancement of renewables since 2005 by pushing the boundaries of what we know to be possible and believe to be vitally necessary. We’ve come together bringing resources and lessons learned from $3 billion of completed solar transactions and the past 15 years developing and constructing projects. Today, we have a shared vision and see the global effects of economic uncertainty, limited resources, and climate change as the world accelerates toward a renewable, electrified economy.
